🧾 Entry Requirements

National Diploma (ND) Applicants

• Must have chosen Polytechnic Ibadan as first or second choice in the 2025 UTME, or changed to it via JAMB CAPS.
• Must have scored a minimum of 120 or 130 (depending on course), although multiple sources place the cut-off from 120 up to 150.
• Must possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes, including English and Mathematics (within two sittings).

Higher National Diploma (HND) Applicants

• Must hold a National Diploma (ND) in a relevant discipline with at least a Lower Credit (CGPA ≥ 2.0) (or Pass with 2+ years post-qualification experience in exceptional cases).
• Must complete 12 months of supervised industrial training (IT).
• Must also meet the O’Level requirements stated above.

• ND application fee: approximately ₦2,000, paid online via the official portal.
• HND application fee: ₦12,500 only (for 2025/2026 session).
