This notice serves to formally inform the general public and all prospective candidates that the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially concluded the 2025 admission exercise for all Federal and State-owned universities.

The final cutoff date for this exercise was Monday, November 17, 2025.

Effective immediately, candidates are no longer permitted to execute the following processes on the JAMB portal concerning any Federal or State-owned university:

  • Change of Course
  • Change of Institution

All other services related to data correction and general admission updates (excluding the aforementioned institution/course changes for public universities) remain valid and accessible on the portal.

âś… Status of Pending Applications

Candidates should take note of the following important clarifications:

  • Valid Changes: All candidates who successfully completed their Change of Course or Change of Institution applications on or before November 17, 2025, remain fully eligible. Their applications will continue to be processed and evaluated by the respective institutions.
